Emails sent to your child's address land in your inbox. You reply from your own email, as usual.
Questions parents ask
Does my child get their own inbox?
No. Email sent to their address is forwarded to your existing inbox, so you see everything and there's no new app or password to manage.
Can my child send emails from it?
No, the address only receives email. When you reply to something, it comes from your own email address.
What will it cost?
We haven't set prices yet. Registering your interest is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything.
What if the name I want is taken?
Each address can only belong to one child, so names go to whoever claims them first. Registering now gives you the best chance. If the name has gone, you could choose a variation, like sarahjane or sarah-j.
What happens to my details?
We only use them to contact you about the launch. If the service doesn't go ahead, we delete them. Our privacy notice has the details.
